Order Processing

  • We process orders within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Pre-ordered items are processed within 2-3 business days of arrival in stock.
  • Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
  • If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
  • Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.


International Orders*

Order from countries in Europe are eligible for free shipping if the order value is greater than 100€ if not the shipping price is €7.99 

International Shipping prices depend on order value and can be seen at the checkout.

*Depending on your country, you may be charged customs/import fees. Customs charges and fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser; we are not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package has left our facility. Unfortunately, there is no way we can tell how much these charges will be. For more information regarding your country’s custom policies contact your local customs office.

If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned to us. Once we receive your package, we can refund you for your purchase. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please contact your local postal or customs office for more information.
